Dichtes Purpurrot, leicht aufhellend zum Rand hin. Eine Bordeaux-ähnliche Nase, die Düfte nach Blaubeeren, Brombeeren und etwas Unterholz offenbart, auch Moccanoten und Brotkrustentöne zeigen sich. Sehr samtiger Auftakt, der ergänzt wird durch Kirschnoten und Pflaumen, fein texturiert, mit einigen Anklängen von Rosmarin und Thymian, schliesslich auch etwas Vanille: druckvoll und bestens strukuriert bis ins sehr lange Finale. Fantastisch gelungen.
