Glänzendes Goldgelb. Eine dichte Aromenpalette in der Nase: Stachelbeeren, Zitronengras, auch Sternfrucht und eine Spur Anis, schliesslich etwas sanft geröstetes Weissbrot. Am Gaumen viel Eleganz und Samtigkeit zeigend, nun auch Noten von Melisse und und Kamille, auch einige Röstaromen: sehr fein texturiert, mit einer leicht mineralischen Abgangsnote. Sehr facettenreich und frisch.
