Only the finest, hand-harvested grapes are used for this vintage Prosecco and fermented in stainless steel tanks after a gentle pressing. The 2nd fermentation takes place in a pressure steel tank using the Charmat method; this gives the wine a very fine, longer-lasting perlage.

An intense bouquet, with hints of pears, apples, lemons and elderflower. Makes a perfect aperitif, but also complements fish appetizers and seafood superbly.
