Only the best, hand-picked grapes are used for the vintage Prosecco and fermented after a gentle pressing in the stainless steel tank. The second fermentation takes place according to the charmat process in the pressure steel tank, which gives it its very fine, persistent perlage.
An intense bouquet, with notes of pears, apples, lemons and elderberry blossoms. Fits perfectly as an aperitif, but also to fish fritters and seafood.
