A Valais product that compels: compact, full-bodied and intense. The complexity of its bouquet ranges from pink grapefruit, rhubarb and apricot to lemon balm, ginger, oregano and heady floral scents. Its flavour is similarly complex with a long-lasting finish. The saltiness that is characteristic of Petite Arvine extends right through to the finish with a delicate, extremely pleasant hint of bitterness.
