Dichtes Rubinrot bis zum Rand. Ein rebsortentypisches Bouquet, das rote Beerenfrucht, Würze und fein abgestimmte Toastingnoten manifestiert, auch ein Hauch Unterholz. Das Gaumenbild präsentiert sich Bordeaux-ähnlich, mit einem kraftvollen Fruchtausdruck und zauberhaften Noten nach Mocca und Milchschokolade, auch etwas Tabak und Piment: sehr sanfte Tannine, von prachtvoller Struktur: langes, sehr kompaktes und gleichwohl südländisch anmutendes Finale.
