The Spanish estate Castillo de Canena produces a limited bottling of 20'000 bottles of organic olive oil. Varietally pure Picual olives are grown, harvested and pressed under Demeter conditions. The characteristic bottle recalls the earth color on which the olive trees grow. Castillo de Canena olive oils are used in top gastronomy all over the world.
The bouquet of the olive oil is tangy and fresh. With aromas of green bananas, ripe tomatoes and fresh fruit, it leaves a lingering taste in the mouth.
